Will the sacked Abia Chief Judge be reinstated before 1pm, February 20?

On Friday, January 26, 2018, the erstwhile Chief Judge of Abia State, Justice Theresa Uzokwe, was suspended over allegations of misconduct and incompetence, after which Justice Obisike Orji was sworn-in by Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, as the Acting Chief Judge,

However, the National Judicial Council (NJC), on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, declared the suspension of Uzokwe and swearing-in of Orji without the NJC's approval as unconstitutional, null and void.

The NJC further resolved to query and suspend Orji pending the outcome of its investigation of the petition brought before it against Uzokwe, as well as direct Uzokwe to stay away from duties pending its final decision after a consideration of the report of its panel.

How long this might take remains uncertain to all, but will the Chief Judge be reinstated before 1 pm, February 20?
